Things you need to know before ordering.
1) Orders online may not be larger than $2,000.00.
2) For amounts over $2,000, please call us toll free at 888.278.6628 for assistance.
3) Orders paid by electronic check will be held for 5 business days before shipping in order to process the check.
Online orders can be shipped anywhere in the United States.
All packages are sent to the billing address of the credit card that is used for payment, unless otherwise requested.
We do not ship to a Post Office Box address.
Processing
Orders received before 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time, will be processed the same day they are received. Orders received after 12:00 p.m., or on weekends, will be processed the following business day.
Delivery Time
Please allow at least 5 working days between your order date and your departure date for safe delivery. For ground delivery allow longer delivery time.
Orders paid by electronic check will be held for 5 business days before shipping in order to process the check.
A signature is required for delivery of all packages. Please make sure that an adult is available when delivery is expected. A tracking number for the package is available upon request.
Denominations.
Please note that our ordering system will automatically round your order to the smallest available denomination of the foreign currency requested.
Based upon availability, we will do our best to meet your request but denominations cannot be guaranteed.
Rates
Once the transaction has been confirmed, you are guaranteed that rate and there will be no further changes.
